History
The Long Live Rock Show began as a dream...an original concept for a new kind of stage show...created by Jeff Cosco early in the new millenium. The idea was to present a classic rock concert within a story that audience members could truly relate to: that of a working man who dreams of a more exciting life!
The original members of The Long Live Rock Show began development of the show in the fall of 2003, mainly performing the great music of the show and grabbing audiences with the popularity and authenticity of the favorite classic rock songs the show included.
The full production of The Long Live Rock Show celebrated a rough debut of it's ground-breaking show in February of 2004, featuring a story based on a working-class businessman who wakes up in a hotel room, on a business trip, to find a dream fairy granting his lifelong wish: to become a rock star. The show introduced its video story line, took it's first crack at combining live video feed with special effects, added costumes and special
lighting and wowed its audience with its amazing music!!! Since that time, The Long Live Rock Show has polished and developed an impressive, mind-blowing, one-of-a-kind stage production that impresses audiences everywhere the show plays! And always, the quality, excitement and precision of the music comes first!
Original "Businessman-Turned-Rock-Star" Jeff Cosco amazes audiences at each and every show with his tremendous presence on the stage and incredible dynamic voice and style. Lending vocal support on harmonies and female lead are the shows other 2 original members, the girls in the show: Cindy Sams and Dawn Sherman, contributing great energy and heat!
Today's Long Live Rock Show band has been firmly in place since September of 2004, rocking audiences with it's rock-solid, driving force! The band includes wildman music-director, on keyboards and vocals, Dave Belec; laying down the groove on drums, Alf Encina; burning up the stage with his showmanship and guitar prowess, Kevin DeFrance; and heart-thumping bass, Todd Kaiser.
Any performer knows that, just as important as what audiences are seeing on the stage, is what's going on behind the scenes...and The Long Live Rock Show has been extremely lucky in acquiring a production staff that enhances the show's professionalism, look and sound immensely! Running the stage,
making sure that everything and everyone is where it needs to be, is the show's Stage Manager and 4th original member, Todd Smith. Other productions have tried to steal this great man away, but he remains true to Long Live Rock. Making the band "sound like it should" is veteran sound technician Rick Triest. And the show's newest, invaluable member...the guy who was able to actually create the vision of a unique, awe-inspiring video production to enhance the live stage show: video technician Ryan Keller.
