Some have called it progressive rock, meatloaf fusion, elton rock, piano rock. I havent really gotten a good classification yet. It's based in my mind around the rock of the early to late 1970's to the 1980's. I'm a HUGE HUGE HUGE Queen fan and am greatly influenced by alot of their music as well as Elton John, Billy Joel, and other vintage musicians. More modern influences include artists such as No Doubt, Third Eye Blind, Mariah Carey, Savage Garden, and others. As bad as a lot of music is now days (in my oppinion) that is part of the reason why i am working my way to the top; to change the face of music FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! ;)

Mr Fahrenheit (Ed Miskie) - piano/vocal
Matt Miskie - Guitar/Drums
Steve Johnson - Bass

I basically write all my stuff around what life would be like if ________. Some of the lyrics are personal some are totally made up and others just come to me from neato catch phrases that pop into my head i.e. "Lonely At The Top" (track off up and coming album).

Our first recording was in 2001 "When Music Calls..." it was a maxi single that included 3 of the songs that will be on the new release. (Cry -Black Tears-, Mortal Sin, No Time To Dream.)

Ed is now recording a full album including 12 songs; all originals. The release date is yet to be announced but the project is well underway! :) For more information check out Ed's home page at www.edmiskie.com

Ed Miskie has recieved district and county awards for vocals (1st and 3rd) and also much local recognition in his home town area (Lebanon, Pa).
