the song "vote for me" was originally writen for the campaigns of Bush 1 and Bill Clinton hence the sax
Mr.E(songwriter)& the totally obscure band's hit song "ever been lonely" having hit the top 100 charts at mp3songs.org.uk in june of 2004 is now as of august 8th 2004 at the number ten slot on the top 100 charts at mp3songs.org.uk,and rising...eventually making it to number 2, oh well still not bad.
"ever been lonely' is the first "blues" song that Mr.E had ever written to this point.
A little off the radar, the Potter Music Fest in Potter Park (Rt. 364, Potter, NY) will feature music from Mr. E., Kate Wright, Buford, Crosseyed Cats, Lisa Bigwood,and more on Sunday, August 29th 2004 (noon-7pm),speaking of Mr. E., a congratulations goes out to the area songwriter who just received his second consecutive ASCAP Plus Award for the 2004/2005 period for domestic writers...Freetime magazine/Michelle Picardo /words and music
