With their latest release "Vaudeville" Weird Old America remembers the days when blues driven rock and roll delivered great bands. Drawing from heavy influences such as S.R.V., Hendrix, Clapton, Santana, Zeppelin the group is propelling rock and roll into the 21st century. Led by guitar phenom and vocalist Mr. Diaz, the band creates tightly orchestrated songs that deliver quite a punch of alternative blues rock music. Driven by drummer, Matty Amendola, and bassist, Matt Williams, Weird Old America maintains a rhythm section that seems to be forgotten in many of today's modern groups. Additionally, organist, Van Baram, provides a colorful padding that brings the group together as a cohesive whole. With a live show that'll blow the roof off of Madison Square Garden, Weird Old America is preparing to remind the world that rock and roll is still very much alive.
