Description
I am a singer, percussionist and guitar player (I used to be a virtuoso on this instrument but in the past 5 years have focused more on my other talents, so should probably stick to backup and rhythm rather than lead), and have also dabbled in keyboard/synthesizer. I love and can perform all kinds of music, from opera to the heaviest of metal, and everything in between, my favorite being classic rock. My ideal band would be a very artistic, funky band of many musicians & instruments who love to freestyle/improv. and whose style could possibly span everything from classical, jazz, folk, psychedelic, techno/industrial, metal, raggae all tied together with complex harmonies and timings into an elaborite yet pure form of rock set to very philosophical and poetic lyrics (I am a poet as well). There are several bands these days doing this, if you know what I am talking about (Tool, Radiohead, Meshuggah, and Muse for instance, who happen to be some of my favorites, ever since bands such as the Doors, among many others, first did this, and who happen to be my favorite band of all time), but it died off when the 80's came but is starting to be the only thing that will make it anymore and can actually cause a band to have a real career in music.
