History
Born from the desire to play good-time rock and roll dance music, Rock-It Science was formed 4 years ago by John Vyverberg, Orin Strowe and Steve Wheeler. Dick Detwiler was added 2 years later.
From the beginning the goal of the band was to have a good time, play some great music and get the audience in a party mode and dancing.
The musical selections include songs from the 50’s through the 90’s. Some of the artists covered are: the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, John Cougar, Stevie Ray Vaughan, CCR, Stray Cats, AC/DC, Elvis, Van Morrison, The Doors, Buddy Holly, ZZ Top, and many many more.
The Rock-It Science set list is broad enough that they can play two full nights and never repeat a song. |
